Niiice, good flow, easing and spacing. The only critisism I can really give is the fact that the sword swing has no real force behind it. You could fix this by adding floor shake or a few more frames onto it being in the air.

Nice job on that! I would say your movements are very realistic for a Rookie animator. You really just have to keep animating, and you'll get a better sense of where the stick has to be positioned each frame.
I agree with T[m]R, to some extent. The jump seems to cause the sick figure to fly further forward and too close to the ground than what it looks like it ought to have. My simplest suggestion: make the stick figure lean farther forward before the jump.
