Wow. For a Beginner, that's very good.
Your actions are smooth, And it won't take you long to get to Rookies. You need to work on two things: Momentum and positioning. It's impossible for that stick to have stopped his forward momentum unless his feet were glued to the floor. Secondly, the stick figures' body positions are rather off-kilter. If you learn to pose realistically and get your reactions right, you'll be Rookies in no time!
